To do so all you have to do is to follow these instructions: 1. You need to open registry editor (you have one built in your Windows by default (tested on win 98,win mE)). To open it you need to do this: Click START > click RUN > in the text box write REGEDIT > click OK 2. Now Registry Editor should be opened, in it on the left side should be a list of entrys double click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > double click SOFTWARE > double click EA SPORTS > click NHL 2002 3. After that on the right side some text should be displayed, in that text find entry called INSTALLED FROM > right click INSTALLED FROM > click MODIFY 4. Edit string box should be displayed > in its Value Data text box should be written your CD drive letter (something like E: D: F: or etc.) > now replace this value with the value of GAME DIRECTORY (this is directory you've installed your game) IMPORTANT: do not change anything in Game Directory entry, only Installed From entry 5. To replace this value right click Game Directory > click MODIFY > copy it's value > now replace the value of Installed From entry with the value you've copied (just delete the value in the text box (your drive letter) and paste copied value from Game Directory > click OK <<<<<<<<<<< < That's it.
